The highly-anticipated match-up between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs proved to be one-sided.

Things got chippy between the two bitter rivals late in the fourth quarter, but not many realized another incident went down right after the game was over.

As players went around greeting others from the other squad, several players got in each other’s faces after the game and had to separate.

While players like Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce were shown, audio from the game stated Chiefs defensive end Cameron Thomas was in a shoving match with a 49ers player.

Chiefs wide receiver Skyy Moore was also said to be face-to-face with 49ers defensive back Deommodore Lenoir.

It does not look like any punches were thrown, and if they were, they weren’t caught on video.

It wasn’t the best game for Patrick Mahomes. He hasn’t thrown a touchdown pass in the Chiefs’ last two games and had only 154 passing yards Sunday in a 28-18 win over the 49ers.

Brock Purdy completed 17-of-31 passes for 212 yards and three interceptions in the game.

49ers And Chiefs Are Headed in Separate Directions Since Super Bowl

The 49ers fell to 3-4 as their offense lost more players, and their defense failed again to thwart the Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes.

The two teams are headed in two different places since they faced off in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl.

The Chiefs, on the other hand, are 6-0.

Both quarterbacks are not exactly lighting up the league with their play, but Kansas City is excelling in other areas that have them at the top of the league, while the 49ers have dropped below .500 and are not even looking like a playoff team.
