This Morning presenters Sian Welby and Craig Doyle were left gobsmacked when a guest presenter walked off the show mid-segment.
This Morning guest hosts Sian Welby and Craig Doyle were left speechless when a guest presenter walked off the set just before an advert break.
Sian and Craig welcomed former Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson to the show as he explained he would be giving all the latest details on Oasis’ rumoured reunion.
Sam made a dramatic entrance into the studio as he was seen doing the famous Liam Gallagher walk backstage, before bursting onto the set behind Sian and Craig.
Craig couldn’t resist teasing Sam’s swagger, as he told him it was less Liam, and more “angry dad”, leaving Sam looking less than impressed.
As Sam gave them a breakdown of everything we know so far, he then put on the iconic Oasis sunglasses before walking off the set and making faces at the camera.
Craig and Sian were left stunned by the sudden move, as Craig asked: “Did he need the toilet?” before the pair then quickly moved on with the rest of the show.
Before he left, Sam made sure to speak to Sian’s partner Jake Beckett, who had brought baby Ruby into the office and had been dutifully bouncing her since the start of the show.
As Sian made her return to the show after giving birth earlier this year, Craig made sure to draw attention to the newest member of the This Morning family.
He said: “You have brought along a very special guest. The newest, tiniest, cutest member of the This Morning family. The nation curls up with the cuteness.”
Sian replied: “Little Ruby, it’s so sweet to have her with me today because I was quite nervous about leaving her,” as Jake added: “She did a big poo before we left,” to which the host replied: “Oh, great.”
Craig then chimed in: “I’m not going to say what I was going to say. We are all nervous, you know.”
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV1.
During a recent episode of This Morning, guest presenter Sam Thompson shocked hosts Sian Welby and Craig Doyle by walking off the set mid-segment.
The former Made in Chelsea star had promised to deliver all the latest details on Oasis’ rumored reunion, but his entrance and exit left everyone in disbelief.
As Sam dramatically entered the studio, channeling Liam Gallagher with his swagger, Craig couldn’t help but tease him by comparing his walk to that of an “angry dad.”
Sam, unfazed by the comment, proceeded to give a breakdown of the latest Oasis news before abruptly putting on the iconic Oasis sunglasses and making faces at the camera as he walked off the set.
Sian and Craig were left speechless by Sam’s unexpected departure, with Craig even jokingly asking if he had left to use the restroom.
Despite the surprise exit, the hosts quickly moved on with the show, with Craig taking a moment to acknowledge Sian’s partner Jake Beckett and their adorable baby Ruby, who was in the studio with them.
As Sian returned to the show after giving birth earlier in the year, Craig made sure to highlight the newest member of the This Morning family, referring to Ruby as the “tiniest, cutest member.” Sian expressed her nerves about leaving Ruby, with Jake humorously adding that she had a diaper incident before they left.
The segment ended on a lighthearted note, with Craig teasingly mentioning that he had almost said something inappropriate before quickly backtracking. The hosts’ banter and candid moments with baby Ruby added a touch of warmth to the show, making it a memorable episode for viewers.
