Porsha Williams has been granted another legal victory amid her ongoing divorce from Simon Guobadia.

A judge has granted temporary sole possession of their marital residence to The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 43, and given her the “unrestricted right to film and produce television, film or social media” in the home, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

The order also requires Guobadia provide any documents — seemingly contracts or releases for RHOA — “necessary” for filming to occur in the residence.

The decision comes as Guobadia filed a separate defamation lawsuit against the reality star over her erectile dysfunction social media posts.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Guobadia claimed that Williams made “false and defamatory statements” by implying that he “suffers from erectile dysfunction.” He alleged that her social media post caused “significant harm” to his “personal and professional reputation, subjected him to public ridicule, and inflicted severe emotional distress.”

Williams previously posted Instagram Stories with information about erectile dysfunction, which she hashtagged “#menshealthawareness” but did not name Guobadia, according to screenshots featured in the documents.

“These posts were intentionally crafted to imply that [Guobadia] suffers from this condition, casting him in a negative and humiliating light,” the lawsuit alleged.

“[Williams’] allegations not only targeted [Guobadia’s] physical and emotional integrity but also struck at the core of his reputation as a capable and respected entrepreneur and philanthropist,” the lawsuit claimed.

Guobadia claimed that “the damage extends into his personal relationships, where he is met with skepticism and pity, and into his professional engagements, where the shadow of these false allegations looms large.”

He is requesting that he be awarded at least $75,000 in compensatory and punitive damages by a jury.

Williams first filed for divorce in February after 15 months of marriage. The two began the back-and-forth filings after disagreeing over the validity of their prenup. The occupancy of their marital home and Williams’ financial standing given her recent scripted development deal with NBC Universal were also points of contention.

In the midst of the legal battle, the reality TV personality slammed Guobadia for making “false statements and allegations” that are “intentionally misrepresenting the reality of the situation.”

In September, the Bravo star scored a legal victory in her divorce case when a judge also ruled in Williams’ favor when it came to the former couple’s prenuptial agreement.

According to the docs, Guobadia argued that his “Wife’s desire to return to reality television or employment in the future constitutes a non-disclosure of material fact and misrepresentation, that renders the Prenuptial Agreement unenforceable.”

Addressing Guobadia’s claims that Williams agreed to be a stay-at-home mom and wife during their marriage and forgo her own career, the court found them to be invalid.

The court did not “find merit” in his argument “as the Court finds that Wife has been a reality TV celebrity for years, which was well known to Husband at the time of negotiating the Prenuptial Agreement, and Husband nevertheless married Wife with this knowledge.”

After starring on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta from seasons 5-13, Williams left in September 2021, four months after they announced their engagement in May 2021. Earlier this year it was announced she would be returning for the upcoming 16th season.
