Strictly fans have said the same thing about this weekend’s upcoming episode

However some think that the spooky special is a bit repititive after finding out what the  celebrities will be dancing to.

Some have taken to a Digital Spy forum to share their frustrations.

One wrote: “Very poor Halloween song selection this year. “

“I wouldn’t mind if Halloween was every 2 years to rest it and have a different theme on a different week instead. Same for Movie week and Musicals,” another added.

A third chimed in: “Time to retire Halloween week if production keep putting minimal effort into the music choices.”

A fourth wrote: “There are a couple if interesting song choices on the list, but a lot of odd ones and repeats. Two or three years ago we had a thread where people suggested songs for Halloween and there were loads of great ideas.”

Tasha Ghouri and Aljaž Škorjanec will be dancing the Samba to I Like To Move It Move It by Reel 2 Real, while Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell will give their own rendition to Stayin Alive by The Bee Gees.

Dr Punam Krishan and Gorka Márquez will perform the Tango to Eurythmics’ Sweet Dreams and Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas will be dancing the American Smooth to The Addams Family Theme.

JB Gill and Amy Dowden are going to show off their best Foxtrot to Toploader’s Dancing In The Moonlight.

Wynne Evans and Katya Jones are going to dance the Salsa to Canned Heat by Jamiroquai.

Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola will perform an Argentine Tango to Fugees’ tune Ready Or Not and Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe are dancing the Cha Cha to Love Potion 9.

Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał have been practicising the Viennese Walt to Frank Sinatra’s tune That’s Life, while Sam Quek and Nikita Kuzmin are dancing the jive to Time Warp.

Lastly, Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu are performing the Paso Doble Edvard Grieg’s In The Hall of the Mountain King.

Strictly Specials

Movies Week – Each year the cast of dancers on the show perform spellbinding routines to an iconic movie soundtrack or hit song associated with the big-screen blockbusters. Previous films to have been featured include The Sound of Music, Bridget Jones’ Diary and Clueless.
Musicals Week – In a similar vein to Movies, the cast perform routines inspired by hit stage musicals each year on the show.
Halloween Week – Things take a seriously spooky turn as the show transforms into a haven for Halloween towards the end of October. With some bone-chilling costumes and sometimes terrifying routines, it proves to be a fan favourite week year-on-year.
Blackpool Week – As the show hits Blackpool Tower, things get even more over-the-top. Huge props, backing dancers and extra special effects flood the ballroom for the extra special week.

Last weekend saw JB and Amy go up against Tony Adams and Karen Hauer in the final two.

The judges decided to keep JLS legend JB.

Since the show Amy has hit back after their low scores, which saw them receive 30 for their jive to Outkast’s Hey Ya.

Speaking on It Takes Two, Amy said: “I literally just said to J, repeat what you’ve done, copy and paste, because I truly think JB week in and week out has delivered brilliant performances.

“Every week we come off absolutely buzzing.

“I remember week one, asking J, have you had dance lessons before? He is so talented.

“Not just this week, I’m proud of every performance J has put on.”
