Jelly Roll brought his “Beautifully Broken Tour” to the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana Friday, September 13.
While Friday the 13th might have a reputation for being a day full of bad luck, for one local Louisiana couple, it was what could be one of the luckiest days of their lives.
The couple, who had just been married, was gifted $10,000 by Jelly Roll for to go on their honeymoon, and it was captured on video.

Jelly Roll’s 2024 Beautifully Broken tour kicked off in August in Salt Lake City with special guests Warren Zeiders and Alexandra Kay.
He has become as famous for his authenticity and dedication to helping others as he has his chart topping success.
Jelly Roll donated a fully equipped recording studio to the juvenile detention center where he was once incarcerated as a teenager.

Jelly Roll frequently performs at charity events, including concerts where proceeds go toward mental health support, addiction recovery, and youth programs.
Jelly Roll’s gives back to support people who are navigating difficult circumstances, using his own life experiences as a source of inspiration.
While performing at the Cajundome on September 13, one Lafayette couple got the shock of a lifetime when they suddenly found themselves on the receiving end of Jelly Roll’s incredible kindness.

As the he performed “Son of a Sinner”, Jelly Roll walked down the runway into the crowd of screaming fans when something caught his eye.
What caught his eye was a sign that read “Just Married”.
After noticing the sign, Jelly Roll asked “Hold on. Y’all really just got married? When? Today?”
The newlyweds then showed Jelly Roll a wedding picture on their phone which was showed on the big screens in the Cajundome, and the crowd went wild.

Jelly Roll then asked the couple “Have you thought about…where you want to go on your honeymoon yet?”
When asked about their honeymoon, the couple’s response was that they didn’t know and had nothing planned yet.
“I tell you what. I’m gonna give you $10,000 to go if it’s alright with you.”
At that point, jaws dropped and the Cajundome exploded.
The incredible newlyweds turned out to be Aiden and Claire Sanders who had actually eloped and had goten married the very day of the show!
Congrats to the Sanders on your marriage and this incredible, once-in-a-lifetime moment.
