As just confirmed by the organization via an official statement, please note that tonight’s game between the Canadiens and the Oilers will be on Prime Video.
It’s good to remind everyone since we’re not quite used to it yet, but here is the statement in question, published earlier today by the Montreal Canadiens:
The game will indeed be streamed on Prime Video, starting at 7:30 PM.
Another game on Prime Video’s for the Habs
It will be interesting to see whether more viewers tune in this time compared to the other Canadiens game that was streamed on the platform earlier this season.
Maxime Truman is likely to share the numbers with us tomorrow:
This appears to be another preview of the possible new reality for Habs and NHL fans starting in 2026.
Returning to the game between the Canadiens and the Oilers, which will also be broadcast on RDS, let’s note that Justin Barron has been removed from the Canadiens’ lineup, and reinforcements have been announced.
It’s also worth mentioning that Samuel Montembeault will be back in net for his team.
Montembeault, 28 years old, has a record of 5-8-1 this season, with a goals-against average of 3.09 and a save percentage of .898.
In his career, he has a record of 54-68-22, a 3.36 goals-against average, and a .898 save percentage as well.
And you, where will you watch the game between Montreal and Edmonton?
