The 22-year-old Carson Beck is among the early favorites to go first overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. The star Georgia signal-caller is coming off a breakout year that saw him throw for 3,941 yards, 24 touchdowns and only six interceptions to go along with four rushing touchdowns.

The Atlanta Autos TikTok account recently shared a video of Beck test-driving one of their Ferraris. Beck is having the time of his life, but he’s also blatantly speeding and showing total carelessness on the road:

Driving recklessly like this is always unacceptable, but this is especially a horrible look for Carson Beck and the Bulldogs.

As noted by Chip Towers of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in July, at least 24 Georgia football players have been involved in traffic-related infractions dating back to January 2023.

On Jan. 15 of last year, then-Bulldogs star and current Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter was involved in a fatal car accident that took the lives of teammate Devin Willock and staff member Chandler LeCroy.

Carter had been viewed as the top prospect heading into the 2024 NFL Draft, but he fell to the Eagles at No. 9 overall.

He avoided jail time but was sentenced to a year of probation and community service.

Carson Beck & Bulldogs Need To Learn From These Incidents

Reckless driving among youths has been a well-documented issue for ages. Many of these offenders seem to think they’re practically invisible, not believing that their lives are actually in danger when they get behind the wheel.

But it just takes one accidents to take away a life, and it’s worrisome that Carson Beck and his teammates haven’t learned from last year’s tragic accident.

Kirby Smart and Georgia staffers have plenty of work to do in educating their players on safe driving.
