The coaching changes are coming quickly for the Detroit Lions during the 2025 NFL offseason.

Former offensive coordinator Ben Johnson has already landed a job as head coach of the Chicago Bears.

Defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn appears to be closing in on a head coaching job of his own.

Unfortunately, it looks like that might not be where the departures end for the Lions’ coaching staff.

Defensive line coach Terrell Williams has been linked to the Patriots job and has a history with new Pats head coach Mike Vrabel.

However, there is one more coach getting interest who could be the worst news of all.

According to ESPN’s Dan Graziano, Lions offensive line coach Hank Fraley had a second interview with the Seattle Seahawks for their open offensive coordinator position.

While there is plenty of talent to go around on the Lions’ roster, there is probably no single unit on the team that deserves more credit for this franchise’s ascension than the offensive line.

Over the past few seasons, the Lions’ O-line has been one of the best in the NFL.

They have opened up plenty of lanes for their runners as the team has averaged at least 4.5 yards per carry in each of the last three seasons.

The O-line has also only allowed Jared Goff to be sacked an average of 28 times per season over the last three years.

Those are a couple of areas where the Seahawks could use some improvement as they averaged just 4.2 yards per carry and allowed 54 sacks.

The Lions will have to hope somebody else heads to Seattle to fix these issues for the Seahawks as Fraley has been a very important piece of their recent success and losing him would be another huge blow to their coaching staff.
