One day after learning of a possibility that he might still face charges related to the 2021 fatal shooting of a cinematographer on the set of Rust, Alec Baldwin found himself on daddy duty.

The actor, who is now transitioning to becoming a reality star, was seen out spending time with a few of his seven children he shares with wife Hilaria Baldwin.

The acclaimed actor took a long casual stroll through the bustling streets of Manhattan and on to a park, all while pushing a stroller with two of his children.

A young woman, who appeared to be a nanny, pushed another stroller with his daughter Maria in a second stroller.

Baldwin, 66, looked relaxed hanging out with his kids while dressed in dark slacks with black zipper jacket over a blue button-down shirt, and his gray hair sharply styled short.

The three-time Primetime Emmy Award winner was also seen a little later after walking back to a busier area of New York City.

The New York state native could be seen getting playful with Maria, and taking a photo of her, as they take a brief break from their walk.

The kids seemed to be having fun with all the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, considering their all flashing big beaming smiles.

While dad was out bonding with three of his children, his wife Hilaria looked a bit tense during a solo coffee run in the city.

Maintaining a low profile, the author and Yoga instructor navigated the city streets in a white tank top, black jogger shorts, gray running sneakers, and dark designer sunglasses.

Their separate outings come one day after a prosecutor asked a New Mexico judge to reconsider the decision to dismiss an involuntary manslaughter charge against Alec Baldwin in the fatal shooting of a cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the Western film Rust.

Special prosecutor Kari Morrissey argued that the July decision lacked sufficient factual basis and did not infringe on Baldwin’s due process rights.

State District Court Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer had previously dismissed the case mid-trial in July, citing that police and prosecutors had withheld evidence from Baldwin’s defense in the shooting that killed Hutchins.

The dismissal was made with prejudice, preventing the charge from being refiled once any potential appeals are resolved.

Baldwin, the lead actor and co-producer on Rust, was pointing a gun at Hutchins during a rehearsal when it went off, killing her and wounding director Joel Souza.

The 30 Rock star maintained he pulled back the hammer — but not the trigger — and the revolver fired.

The case hinged on ammunition brought to the sheriff’s office in March by a man who claimed it might be linked to Hutchins’ death.

Prosecutors dismissed the ammo as irrelevant, while Baldwin’s legal team accused them of concealing it, leading to a successful motion to dismiss the case.

In her request for reconsideration, special prosecutor Morrissey argued the undisclosed ammunition was irrelevant and focused on Baldwin’s responsibility to follow gun safety rules.
