A proposed Cleveland Browns trade would send Myles Garrett packing to a Super Bowl contender.

The Cleveland Browns are coming off a victory, but the team may already be in sell mode in order to possibly position themselves to get a young quarterback out of the draft.

Ahead of the November 5 NFL trade deadline, former NFL executive Mike Tannenbaum threw out an insane trade proposal.

On ESPN’s ‘Get Up,’ the former executive talked about how the Detroit Lions should go out and trade for Myles Garrett.

It wasn’t just the trade for Garrett that had the rest of the crew going nuts; it was the insane trade proposal.

Tannebaum says the Detroit Lions should trade for the Detroit Lions and then send the Cleveland Browns a package that includes three first-round picks, a 2026 second-round pick, and Jahmyr Gibbs.

He was serious.

The Cleveland Browns got a much-needed win in Week 8, defeating the Baltimore Ravens 29-24.

However, the Browns still sit at 2-6 and are in last place in the AFC North.

It would take the hand of God himself to get this team back into contention to make a run.

As for Myles Garrett, the three-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro is receiving interest, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

“With a lack of pass-rush options, Smith is among the top players available. If Cleveland, currently 1-6, continues to struggle, he becomes more of an option. Several teams have inquired about the veteran,” Rapoport wrote on October 26. “Others on Cleveland’s roster who could come up in trade talks include defensive end Ogbo Okoronkwo and cornerback Greg Newsome.”

Detroit Lions Are Ready To Win Now, And Trading For Myles Garrett Could Help Replace What They Lost

The Detroit Lions are firmly in the middle of the NFL trade rumor mill. Former NFL executive Mike Tannenbaum believes that they need to make a trade for Myles Garrett.

The Lions are viewed as a team in the market for a pass rusher after Aidan Hutchinson and Marcus Davenport’s season-ending injuries.

Not every team has the luxury of having a Super Bowl window for many years, so when it’s open, you have to jump through it.
