New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr broke out some impressive moves on Sunday.

The former Fresno State Bulldog has led the New Orleans Saints to 11 touchdowns and a 2-0 record in two weeks.

Sunday had Carr feeling quite different.

Derek Carr found the end zone as a runner for the first time since Week 16 of the 2020 season when he was still playing for the Las Vegas Raiders.

The touchdown run made him feel so good that he decided to celebrate with an iconic dance.

Carr’s moves were inspired by a Michael Jackson dance.

The Saints’ offense has gotten off to a great start in 2024, with Carr under center. He has thrown five touchdown passes and only one interception on the season.

Derek Carr Explains Why He Grabbed His Nuts During Dance After His TD Against the Cowboys

Derek Carr has been on fire through the New Orleans Saints’ first two games of the 2024 season, and nothing illustrated that better than a touchdown celebration he decided to make on Sunday.

Carr led the Saints to a stunning 44-19 win over the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.

While up double digits already, Carr scored on a 1-yard touchdown run late in the first half and proceeded to grab his nuts.

After the game, Derek Carr explained why he broke out the dance moves.

“I was a dancer in my day,” Carr said, per Nola.com. “Don’t let the four kids rule you. I had to lure their mom in somehow.

“They see me all the time at weddings or birthdays. I’m always dancing. One time I hit the Michael Jackson, and they were like, ‘Bro, you’ve got to do that one time when you score a touchdown.’”
