The WNBA started taking on added significance in NBA 2K a couple of years ago, but the 2024 WNBA rookie class has raised interest to an entirely new level, and Cameron Brink is part of that.

With that in mind, one of the most common questions popping up is how the players are looking in the game.

This week, Los Angeles Sparks star Cameron Brink got a first look at her avatar in the game, and they got her features correct.

The Skims model’s surgery came nearly two months after she tore her ACL in her left knee during a game against the Connecticut Sun, which ended her promising season.

“You never think it will happen to you,” Cameron Brink wrote via Instagram on June 19. “And despite all the hard work, sometimes it does. This is hard to fathom, but I know it will only make me stronger. I will not be derailed and I will continue to love this life- I’m not defined by basketball, but it is something that I love deeply and I will work everyday to get back to it.

Cameron Brink Receives Her NBA2K25 Rating

Amid a watershed year for women’s basketball, NBA 2K25 decided to add to it by releasing player ratings.

The two main players, Indiana Fever’s Caitlin Clark and Chicago Sky’s Angel Reese, received an overall rating of 90, tied for the highest rating among all rookies.

Sky center Kamilla Cardoso and Los Angeles Sparks forward Rickea Jackson, and Brink rounded out the list with overall ratings of 80 each.

Fans certainly cannot wait for this game to be released.
