The dismissal of Montreal Canadiens head coach Martin St-Louis has indeed been suggested.

The idea was raised by none other than Gilbert Delorme on BPM Sports, and let’s just say he didn’t hold back.

Clearly, he has lost patience with MSL and his system of play.

The dismissal of Martin St-Louis raised again, this time by Gilbert Delorme on BPM Sports

Here are his remarks:

«Guys, guys, I’m telling you, if things don’t change, I’m sorry, I have enormous respect for Martin St-Louis and all that, but if it doesn’t change eventually, we’ll need to make a coaching change because it’s not working anymore!

And then we insist on sticking to the same damn system all the time, all the time, and we’re just chasing the puck, we’re struggling, we don’t know where to go..

It’s a joke watching the Canadiens play in their zone right now, guys.

And I’m not the only one saying it!

Darn it! It’s embarrassing! It’s embarrassing to watch the Canadiens play in their zone right now!

We won’t be eliminated by Valentine’s Day, for heaven’s sake, it’ll be by Christmas!

If I’m Kent Hughes and Jeff Gorton, listen, I’d bring Martin St-Louis into the office [and challenge him on his system that’s not worth a darn].»

– Gilbert Delorme, who clearly had a lot on his mind this morning.

Do you agree with him about Martin St-Louis and what Kent Hughes and Jeff Gorton should do?
