Lisa Raye Defends Vivica Fox After Fan Tries To Throws Shade
In a video shared by TSR from Live Bitez, Lisa Raye was on Instagram Live, chattin’ with her followers while driving. As she read through the comments, ‘The Players Club’ star caught the moment a fan tried to throw shade, writing, “You look more beautiful than Vivica Fox.”
Lisa Raye read the message out loud and quickly responded, “That’s not nice, come on.” She thanked the fan for the compliment, saying she got the love behind it. But she also educated them, reminding them that celebrities go through things just like everybody else.
“And you never what a person is going through, especially the ones that’s in the limelight, because we gotta have some type of privacy,” Lisa said.
Furthermore, she noted that she’s learning when to speak up and when to keep things to herself.
“I’m learning not to talk so much. I’m learning that TMI is real… to keep some things private, because if not then everybody would take it and run with it. And it’s not really fair to us,” Raye continued.
Lisa also got real about aging and gaining weight during the live stream, saying it’s not something to always point out — it should be celebrated instead.
