Loose Women erupted into a fiery spat when Kaye Adams called her co-star Nadia Sawalha out for always being on her phone during Thursday’s show, resulting in a back-and-forth debate between the duo.
The panel were discussing a French bistro that banned phones a year ago, leading to a record number of diners eating from their dessert menu as they wanted to stay for longer to enjoy their conversations.
Kicking off the discussion, panellist GK Barry commented: ‘God forbid if someone took my phone, because I just feel like if something bad happens, at least my phone’s there and I’ll know straight away. It’s a security thing for me.’
Nadia then chimed in with: ‘The thing is, I think where it goes wrong is we think it will make us less anxious but actually it’s anxiety that’s making us have the phone there’.
All of a sudden, Kaye shouted out: ‘You’ve got a cheek, you’ve always got your bloomin’ phone!’

All of a sudden, Kaye shouted out: ‘You’ve got a cheek, you’ve always got your bloomin’ phone!’
Surprised by the accusation, Nadia opened her mouth in shock and retorted: ‘Kaye Adams – do not, do not. Can we phone Jane? She’s in Barcelona.’
Pointing her finger at Kaye, she clapped back with: ‘Kaye, I’m 100% a phone addict, 100% I admit it – but you have a problem in restaurants with your phone. When we’re having dinner me and Jane never have our phone out.’
As the conversation got more tense, their co-star Frankie Bridge jokingly quipped: ‘Hold her back, hold her back,’ and put her arms out towards Kaye.
‘You’ve got a cheek,’ Kaye fired back, to which Nadia came back with evidence to back up her argument.
She recalled: ‘When we went in the Celebrity Circle, do you remember when we went in the circle and they took our phones? You were foaming at the mouth.
”We had seven days where we just managed to talk and actually have a whole conversation. Then when we came out and they gave us our bags back with our phones you would have ripped yours out by your teeth.’
With her mouth open in shock, Kaye stood her ground and shouted: ‘She’s imagining that. Call my lawyer, this is absolutely terrible.’
Trying to swiftly move the conversation on, Frankie cringed as she suggested: ‘I feel like we should give you a moment guys.’

The awkward moment comes just after a Loose Women thrilled fans by announcing her return to the ITV show after she left the panel 10 years ago.

She announced the exciting news to her 233,000 Instagram followers last week by posting a picture of the show’s logo.
Jane wrote in the caption: ‘Looking forward to joining the Loose Women next Friday 6th September for a good gossip about everything I’ve got coming up!! @itv @loosewomen @talent4media.’

A Loose Women legend has thrilled fans by announced her return to the ITV show after she left the panel 10 years ago
However, fans wishing for Jane to become a permanent panelist once again will have to keep wishing as she confirmed in May that it would not be happening any time soon.
She told Woman Magazine: ‘Never say never. But it was a period in time when everything was different. We could get away with things that we could never do now.’
‘And it was an era of girls who were not just colleagues – we were a force to be reckoned with. We were like Sex And The City when we hit the town. We’d have taken a bullet for each other.’
‘I don’t think I could go back without my friends on the same panel.’
