STRICTLY fans think they’ve worked out this year’s winner – days before the series launch.
The 20th anniversary series of Strictly Come Dancing will kick off this weekend and 15 new celebrities will compete to lift the Glitterball trophy.

Shayne is one of 15 celebrities taking part in the new series
One of the famous faces taking part is singer and actor Shayne Ward.
And the X Factor winner, 39, took to Instagram to give his followers a sneak peek at his moves.

Other celebrities taking part in this year’s show include EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick, Love Island‘s Tasha Ghouri, former Towie star Pete Wicks and Olypmian Sam Quek.
JLS singer JB Gill, opera star Wynne Evans, TV doctor Punam Krishan, Gladiatror Montell Douglas and actress Sarah Hadland will also be taking part.
Completing the line-up are comedian Chris McCausland, presenter Nick Knowles, Team GB athlete Tom Dean, ex-footballer Paul Merson and singer Toyah Willcox.
Last night Strictly picked up the Talent Show gong at the National Television Awards – despite a year of scandal and serious allegations.
Giovanni Pernice has been under investigation from the BBC after complaints from Amanda Abbington while Graziano Di Prima was axed after admitting to kicking Zara McDermott in rehearsals.
Presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman we among those who collected Strictly’s award – and Claudia failed to mention the professional dancers in her speech.
Speaking to the audience at London’s O2 Arena, Claudia said: “We just want to say a massive thank you to the most wonderful team who make Strictly, the brilliant celebrities who take part – thank you so much.
“Thank you to the BBC and BBC Studios. This means everything, we’re so grateful.”
As the anticipation builds for the 20th anniversary series of Strictly Come Dancing, fans are buzzing with excitement over who will emerge victorious and claim the coveted Glitterball trophy.
With an impressive lineup of 15 celebrities ready to showcase their dance moves, the competition is sure to be fierce.
Among the star-studded cast is none other than the multitalented Shayne Ward, who recently gave fans a glimpse of his dancing skills in a playful kitchen routine shared on Instagram.
Fans were quick to shower Shayne with praise and support, with many already pegging him as a strong contender for the title.
But Shayne isn’t the only celebrity set to light up the dance floor this season. From familiar faces like EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick and JLS singer JB Gill to newcomers like Love Island’s Tasha Ghouri and comedian Chris McCausland, the lineup promises a diverse and entertaining mix of talent.
However, the road to Strictly glory hasn’t been without its challenges. The show has faced its fair share of controversies, including ongoing investigations into allegations of misconduct and questionable behavior involving some of the professional dancers.
Despite the setbacks, the show’s resilience and enduring popularity were highlighted when it took home the prestigious Talent Show award at the recent National Television Awards.
Hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman graciously accepted the award on behalf of the show, expressing gratitude to the dedicated team behind the scenes and the celebrities who bring the magic of Strictly to life.
As the series gears up for an exciting new chapter, fans can look forward to more dazzling performances, unexpected twists, and unforgettable moments on the dance floor.
