Denise Welch, renowned TV presenter and *Loose Women* panelist, has expressed her candid thoughts about some recent statements made by her son, 

Matty Healy, the lead singer of popular band The 1975.

Known for his outspoken nature and occasionally controversial remarks,

Healy recently made a series of bold comments about life and the music industry, sparking backlash from fans and, most notably, his mother.

In a recent interview, Welch did not hold back as she publicly addressed Healy’s “rubbish” claims, criticizing them for being overly dramatic and misinformed.

It’s important to stay grounded.”
