Soup with Potatoes, Bacon, Parmesan, and Sour Cream
This thick soup is rich, creamy, and full of flavor, making it ideal for warm and comfortable nights. Crunchy bacon, tangy sour cream, and tasty Parmesan cheese make each bite impossible to resist!
To make the soup broth:
6 potatoes of medium size, peeled and cut into small pieces.
6 pieces of bacon, cut into small pieces.
1 little onion, chopped
3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
4 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of full-fat milk
1 cup of thick cream
Half a teaspoon of salt (and more if needed).
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika (you can choose not to use it)
For the decoration:
1/2 cup of sour cream
Sliced green onions or parsley
Additional Parmesan cheese that has been grated (if desired)
