Harvard Crimson guard Harmoni Turner brought up Angel Reese‘s name after Thursday’s 72-68 overtime win against the No. 25 Indiana Hoosiers. It was one of the biggest wins by the Crimson in the last few decades.

After the win, Turner quote-tweeted an ESPN post using a quote by Reese.

“Keep sleeping… Taking the quote from @Reese10Angel, ‘When they sleeping on you, tuck em in,'” Turner wrote. “Great team win! proud of us.”

Turner’s shoutout didn’t go unnoticed by Reese. The Chicago Sky star acknowledged the shoutout from the Harvard guard.

“Heard you sis!” Reese wrote.

Turner led her team in a hard-fought win against the Hoosiers. In 39 minutes, she scored a game-high 24 points, converting 10 of her 17 shots from the field. Turner was also as dominant on the defensive end. She had four rebounds, six steals and one block.

Donald Trump won the 2024 US Presidential Election, defeating the Democratic Party nominee Kamala Harris. Angel Reese was among the big names among celebrities who were not happy with the election result.

“Woke up speechless….”

A few hours later, she said she was disappointed in her fellow Americans.

“I’m so disappointed in America….Some of you just couldn’t selfishly put your pride aside huh??!?!?” Reese wrote.

An hour later, Reese tweeted again.

“As a woman, i’m heartbroken for us all…”

Later, Reese made one more post about the election result.

“God is the best author and the best finisher,” she wrote. “I’m just going to pray on this & think positive.

Angel Reese was one of the big names in the country who kept urging people to vote in the election. Donald Trump will take office as the 47th President of the United States on January 20, 2025.
