A Fox Sports hairdresser is accusing Skip Bayless as well as an assortment of their talent in a lawsuit that includes the allegation that Bayless offered to pay $1.5 million for a encounter.
Noushin Faraji, a Hollywood hairdresser who says she worked at Fox Sports from 2012 until 2024, shook up the sports world when she filed a 42-page that names as defendants Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, Bayless, and Taylor.
When it comes to Joy Taylor, she allegedly told her to “get over” the issues she was having with Bayless as well as with FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon.
Also noted in the lawsuit was Noushin Faraji alleging that Taylor was having a relationship with Emmanuel Acho and then with Charlie Dixon so she could get a show.

In the video, he seemed to be in his car and speaking glowingly on Joy Taylor.
