The NFL is looking into another scandal following allegations made against Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker.
Tucker, widely recognized as the best kicker in the league and one of the best in league history, was the subject of a disturbing report on Thursday as The Baltimore Banner published a lengthy report outlining accusations from multiple massage therapists.
According to the piece, most of the six women interviewed did not know each other before the outlet contacted them, but they all had similar recollections. They also wanted their identities protected for fear of retaliation.
“The women said they took extra steps to keep Tucker covered after he repeatedly exposed himself. One said she placed a heavy heating pad over his pelvis. Another described using one hand to keep him covered with the sheets while pressing his inner thighs with her other arm to make the massage less sensual.”
The women said the incidents occurred between 2012 and 2016.
Two Spas Confirm Having Banned Justin Tucker
A representative of high-end local spa chain Ojas said the kicker was “immediately terminated as a client” after a therapist reported an incident in 2014.
The owners of Studio 921, which has since closed down, said through lawyers that they “took immediate and decisive action to ban this individual from our business and services to ensure a safe environment for all” after being informed of the kicker’s behavior.
They claim to have told him by phone that he could not return.
Multiple therapists said Justin Tucker’s actions were subtle at first, and they could not tell whether they were done on purpose, but it eventually became clear that he was being deliberately appropriate.
