The 46-year-old was taken into custody this Wednesday after the allegations, which stem from an incident that reportedly took place last month.
Pass has been accused of assaulting the geriatric man while at Planet Fitness in North Providence, Rhode Island, on August 28. The victim is understood to have fallen to the floor, sustaining injuries to his lower back.

A mugshot has since been obtained by TMZ Sports, which you can see right below:
“Pass and the victim were in a verbal confrontation about an exercise equipment, police said. Officials said Pass then shoved the 82-year-old victim, who fell on the floor and sustained injuries to his lower back,” NBC10 WJAR reported on the incident.
“Pass is facing a charge of assaulting a man over 60 years of age causing bodily injury and disorderly conduct.”
Patrick Pass was drafted by the Patriots in the seventh round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played as a running back, wide receiver, and on special teams on his debut. He transitioned to fullback in 2002 after putting on 35 pounds.
The three-time Super Bowl winner spent most of his career with the Pats; he had stints with the Houston Texans and New York Giants.
He is scheduled to appear in court in December.
