Angel Reese drops 3-word reaction to US election results
Angel Reese had very few words to express her feelings when she found out the results of the US presidential elections. With Donald Trump on the verge of a massive win, the Chicago Sky star took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her thoughts on the former POTUS’ impending return to the White House,
Reese had a simple three-word response:
“Woke up speechless…”

At the time of writing, AP reports show that Trump leads Kamala Harris 267-224.
Earlier, Angel Reese urged Americans to cast their vote.
“Everybody go out there and vote,” she said, adding that it was her advice to people as they need it for this election.
Angel Reese said she wasn’t “educated” enough to discuss politics
Earlier this year, Angel Reese was asked for her take on the ongoing presidential race between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Despite her previous interaction with Harris in 2022, Reese was content with asking people to vote.
“I haven’t been able to tap a lot into the political election… so, I’m not that educated right now, but [I] just continue to learn. Everybody go out there and vote. I commend that, and I just tell a lot of people to go out there and vote because we need it for this election.”
Some of the NBA and WNBA stars have been actively following the elections. The likes of LeBron James and Steph Curry endorsed Harris for President. In an earlier interview, the Warriors star explained why he decided to back Harris.
“Endorsing Kam’ was an easy choice,” Curry said, adding that it’s essential to support candidates who protect a woman’s right to make her own choices. He also said it was the right thing to do for him and his family.
