On Oct. 15, the rapper and businessman, 49, announced his first-ever Las Vegas concert residency, 50 Cent: In Da Club, set for six dates at PH Live at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino throughout the end of 2024 and beginning of 2025 — including a special New Year’s Eve performance.
“I always bring the energy, and Las Vegas is the perfect spot to create an unforgettable experience for my fans,” said 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) in a statement.

He continued, “We’re talking big production, surprises, and the ultimate New Year’s Eve party for my Vegas residency.”
50 Cent: In Da Club goes down on Dec. 27, 28, 30 and 31, as well as Jan. 3 and 4. All shows start at 9 p.m., except the New Year’s Eve show, which begins at 10 p.m.

In a September interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the Grammy winner — who’s reportedly nearing billionaire status — opened up about why he’s chosen to stay single and celibate as his career continues at a high speed.
“Listen, when you calm down you can focus,” said 50 Cent. “I’ve been good to me.”

Colbert, 60, wondered why he’d want to continue making so much money without a romantic partner to spend his cash on — but 50 Cent doesn’t want a “complicated” marriage with someone who’s in it for the money.
“I am safe. I’m not a happy hostage. I’m here. I’m free,” he said of his unmarried status. “I made some mistakes, just not that one.”
