NEWLY single Ruth Langsford has undergone a new diet and beauty regime after revealing everything “has dropped and sagged.”

Once Britain’s best loved couple, Ruth and Eamonn announced their shock split in May after 14 years of marriage.

And now Ruth is shaking up her regime, with the 64-year-old showing off face masks on social media.

The star penned “fun times” as she modelled a mask for her fans, and she also showed off a box of fake tanning goodies she’d been sent by James Read Tan.

Ruth has also shown off her skills in the kitchen lately, rustling up the likes of an upside down salad, and green juices.

Talking from her stylish home, Ruth popped up in a striped t-shirt and told fans: “SUNDAY FOOD PREP! Lots of you ask how I make my green juice that I take to work in the mornings….well this is how. It varies depending on what I’ve got in the fridge but you get the jist….easy way to get some fruit & veg down!”

She could then be seen talking her fans through the process in a video which was praised by those who tuned in.

Then, making her salad, Ruth advised: “I take this to work most days….stops me grabbing unhealthy, processed food. Even when you make a healthy choice and buy a salad, in my experience, they’re mostly leaves!!

“This way you get a good, decent portion salad and you get to put all the things you like in it! ENJOY!”

As well as showing off her food preferences and beauty regime, Ruth recently took to Instagram to reveal she’d been for a very posh day of pampering.

Ruth told followers that her hairdresser’s usual Notting Hill salon was closed for reburbishment so her appointment was taking place at Claridge’s Hotel.

But she received backlash from fans as some labelled the TV presenter as a “total show off.”

One wrote: “Totaly show off… sorry.”

Another said: “Why can’t you go and have your hair done without recording it.”

Ruth has now clapped back at one of the comments, following her hair salon session.

Someone wrote: “You are so lucky. Most people could not afford that,” to which Ruth replied: “Not luck….I’ve worked hard for everything I have.”

It comes as former This Morning presenter Ruth revealed her ageing woes.

The star explained on Loose Women: “You know me, I don’t really worry too much about age. But at 60 to now and I’m now 64, I feel like everything has kind of drooped and sagged. It’s a bit, you know, a funny neck.”
