PR expert delivers verdict on who is coming out on top so far in J.Lo and Ben Affleck split

So far, Communications Specialist Guissel Villalobos believes that the Good Will Hunting star is looking better coming out of his break-up with the New York native

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s recent split has been the talk of the internet ever since the Latin pop star filed for divorce on their second wedding anniversary.

Their split was a long time coming given that rumors of their marriage being on the rocks had been circulating for months before they officially broke up. Now that Bennifer 2.0 is over, they coincidentally were together the same amount of time they were in the early 2000s when they dated from 2002 to 2004, the celebs are being put in a speculative competition. Photos of Ben and Jen post-divorce have sparked online debate about who’s coming out on top after the implosion of their union.

So far, Communications Specialist Guissel Villalobos believes that the Good Will Hunting star is looking better coming out of his break-up with the New York native.

“Ben is looking like he is doing the best due to their actions,” Guissel exclusively told The Mirror. “Ben has been photographed smiling and the media has run with it .. saying he is finally ‘happier, healthier.’” There is some truth to that. Paparazzi caught Ben grinning from ear-to-ear when he was heading to work at his office in Los Angeles, California, on Friday.

He purposely skipped the Unstoppable premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, which was that day, whereas his ex Jennifer was in attendance along with his BFF Matt Damon who was there with his wife Luciana.

She believes that Jen’s multiple social media snaps haven’t helped her stance and somewhat contradict the “vulnerable” side of her that was previously portrayed to the public.

Also, part of why Ben’s reputation hasn’t seemed to take a major hit amid their divorce is because he wasn’t the one who filed.

“I think Jennifer filed for divorce instead of Ben to save her reputation. To give her the power,” Giussel explained. “The story would’ve been much different if Ben would’ve done it.”

Jennifer rekindled her love with Ben in July 2021 and married him a year later in an intimate Las Vegas wedding in July 2022 before celebrating in Georgia with their family and friends the following month. Since their split, Ben has been spotted hanging out with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s daughter Kick Kennedy, although they have attempted to shut down romance speculation.

The same day that Jennifer filed for divorce, Ben was seen returning on private jet with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner from a family trip, whom he still maintains a good relationship with.
