Update on Travis Kelce’s Home Burglary Reveals Major Losses

New details have emerged regarding the recent break-in at Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s mansion.

The losses at Kelce’s mansion are more extensive than previously thought. In addition to the initial cash theft, the burglars reportedly took $100,000 worth of jewelry and Kelce’s first Super Bowl jersey, a valuable piece of memorabilia, according to The U.S. Sun.

Kelce, who purchased the secluded property for $6 million, was deeply affected by the loss of such personal items during the burglary on Oct. 7. Less than 48 hours earlier, quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ Belton, Missouri, home was also broken into.

Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, lost high-end designer bags and jewelry, while Mahomes himself lost valuable career memorabilia, including jerseys, medals, and trophies.

A source close to the players shared that both Kelce and Mahomes were taken aback by the incidents.

“This was a major surprise, as they truly view their homes as safe havens,” a source told The U.S. Sun.

Kelce was especially affected by the loss of his Super Bowl jersey, which holds significant sentimental value.

“Losing that jersey really hit him hard,” said the source close to Kelce.

Although authorities are investigating, no further details have been released, and the police have not commented publicly on the suspects. Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, reportedly felt saddened by the incident as well, though her belongings were unaffected.
