Fans of country singer Tim McGraw shared their overwhelming support for people affected by the ongoing California wildfires after the 57-year-old shared a serious message about the situation.

McGraw took to Instagram on Jan. 14 to say, “We are devastated seeing the fires in the Los Angeles area, a place that has always been so welcoming to our family and crew.”

“The bravery and selflessness being displayed by the first responders is amazing to witness and we are so inspired by an entire community coming together for their neighbors. Our hearts are with you all,” McGraw continued in the caption.

The post included a photo showing a firefighter and someone flying a helicopter fighting against a raging fire in California, followed by a shot of McGraw on stage at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, right outside Los Angeles.

There was also a short clip that appeared to be taken at the same concert showing a quote on display that read, “‘Cause the thing that I love most about L.A. is you.”
