Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs, one of the wealthiest rappers ever, finds himself in jail.

The 54-year-old music icon was arrested last week in New York on a number of serious charges, including sex trafficking and engaging in prostitution. He’s been slapped with lawsuits over the past year for alleged physical and s.e.x.u.a.l abuse by several individuals, including his ex, Cassie, real name Casandra Elizabeth Ventura.

Ventura made several accusations against Combs, claiming rape and prolonged abuse starting when she was just 19 years old. Diddy blasted these accusations as false last year and entered a plea of not guilty to the s.e.x trafficking and racketeering charges brought against him.

On September 17, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, made it clear that Diddy is ready to defend his name: “Mr Combs is a fighter, he’s going to fight this to the end. He’s innocent. He came to New York to establish his innocence. He’s not afraid, he’s not afraid of the charges.”

The report mentioned that in March 2024, during searches of Combs’ homes in Miami, Florida, and Los Angeles, California, law enforcement confiscated various Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

Diddy’s lawyer, Aaron Dyer, stated at the time: “Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”

He continued: “This unprecedented ambush – paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence – leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

Freak-offs and surveillance

Allegations have surfaced about Diddy’s secret “freak off” parties during the time of the raids. These wild parties reportedly involved illegal drugs, hidden cameras, sex workers, and underage girls.

It is alleged that Diddy had rooms in his Miami mansion specifically designed for sexual activities, complete with surveillance cameras.

The indictment also claimed that Diddy described the often days-long orgies as “freak offs”, involving drugged victims who were “either barely legal, or barely illegal women”, being “forced to have sex with male prostitutes”.

It was further reported that at these parties, Diddy allegedly subjected victims to physical, emotional, and verbal abuse, including hitting, kicking, throwing objects at them, and dragging them by their hair, all to coerce them into participating in the “victims to physical, emotional, and verbal abuse to cause the victims to engage in Freak Offs.”

Both Combs and the victims allegedly received IV fluids to recover.

A police source reportedly told The New York Post that Diddy would often watch the sexual activities from another room. “He also was able to watch the action remotely on his phone, cast it onto a TV in another part of the house. He didn’t have to be in the room when the sex was happening, although he frequently was,” they said.

The 54-year-old, according to the police source, would often keep videos of the “sensitive, embarrassing and incriminating” sexual activities as leverage to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims.

Forced labor and kidnapping.

The charges against the music mogul have painted a grim picture of manipulation and control, with allegations that he abused, threatened, and coerced women and others to satisfy his sexual needs, maintain his image, and hide his actions.

According to the indictment, he supposedly used his staff, financial resources, and clout from his entertainment empire to run a criminal operation. This enterprise is accused of engaging in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.

The indictment asserts: “For decades, the defendant abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”

It chronicles verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse claims going back to 2008.

It’s alleged that Diddy and his associates arranged for women and commercial sex workers to be flown to where he was. The indictment accuses Combs of ensuring their cooperation by providing drugs, controlling their careers through financial support, and using threats and violence to maintain compliance.
