Liam Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy ‘won’t claim anything’ from his estate after ‘living off’ massive monthly allowance

Liam Payne’s girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, lived a life of luxury while dating the late musician. The 25-year-old influencer began her relationship with Liam around October 2022 and they quickly became an item.

They were frequently spotted together, including on their extravagant holiday to Argentina before Liam’s untimely passing.

An insider revealed that Kate was used to this glamorous lifestyle, as Liam, who amassed a significant fortune from his One Direction days, was footing the bill.

A source told Page Six that he would give her $10,000 a month for general living expenses. In addition, she had access to his credit cards for clothing and shopping, racking up about $25,000 a month.

She reportedly received fashion advice from Adele Cany, Liam’s longtime stylist – another expense he covered. Before his death, Kate and Liam were cohabiting in Florida.

However, the five-bedroom property was recently listed for rent at $9,950-per-month, according to TMZ, suggesting that Kate has moved out. She was seen leaving a London flat this week.

According to a friend, Kate will be able to support herself financially, stating: “Kate has money of her own, so it’s not like she’ll have nowhere to be. She doesn’t have the money that Liam had, of course, but she’s not broke. She makes money through social media partnerships. She won’t be living the same lifestyle she was living with Liam, but she’s going to be OK.”

The friend also mentioned that Kate is more concerned about ensuring the financial security of Liam’s son, Bear, and has no intention of claiming any money from Liam’s estate, saying: “She says she’s not going to claim anything from his estate because they weren’t married and he has a son. It’s not hers to claim.”

The friend added that while Liam’s passing has caused a financial setback, Kate’s sadness is not about the money, but about losing Liam, and that she will have to adjust and find a new place to live as she heals.
