‘Still got that magic!’ – Zig-zagging Lamar Jackson recreates viral high school juke touchdown to steal show in ‘Harbaugh Bowl’
Lamar Jackson once against starred for the Baltimore Ravens as John Harbaugh got one over on little brother Jim in the latest instalment of the ‘Harbaugh Bowl’.
Quarterback Jackson completed 16-of-22 passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for a touchdown for a now 8-4 Baltimore team who have won eight times in the last 10 games.

‘Action Jackson’, an MVP favorite along with Saquon Barkley and Josh Allen, got the Ravens on the board in the first half when he ran in for a 10-yard touchdown.
The dual-threat QB zig-zagged through the Chargers D before cutting back across linebacker Daiyan Henley inches from the goal line. He eventually stumbled into the endzone to give the Ravens a 10-7 lead.
The move — an abrupt stop or ‘juke’ as the defender slides past him — is one of Jackson’s patented moves, and something he went viral for during his high school days as the starting quarterback at Boynton Beach in Florida.
In throwback footage, the two-time NFL MVP can be seen running full speed towards the end zone, pointing at a Village Academy defender, then stopping on a dime as the player races past him out of bounds before Jackson walks in for a score.
The move resurfaced on social media on Monday night following Jackson’s similar second-quarter score.
“That’s his signature play,” one fan said.
“Lamar’s high school TD was legendary, but this one was almost just as insane—he’s still got that magic!” added another.
“That’s just a magnifico moment!!! wrote a third.
Jackson played 16 games for Boynton Beach over two seasons, racking up 2,263 yards, 31 touchdowns, and nine interceptions. On the ground, Jackson had 1,624 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns.
The 27-year-old played college at Louisville before being sliding down the 2018 NFL Draft board and being selected No. 32 overall.

Since then he has become one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, known for his potency on the ground.
Jackson has the second-most rushing yards by a quarterback in NFL history, trailing only Michael Vick by less than 200 yards.
He has thrown for 3,052 yards, 27 touchdowns and three interceptions through 12 games this season.
Jackson’s production has seen a big uptick this season thanks to the addition threat of running back Derrick Henry in the Ravens’ offense.
‘King Henry’ added 24 carries for 140 yards against the Chargers, placing him second for the season with 1,362 total rushing yards — 30 yards behind rushing leader Saquon Barkley.
“We just got in sync, hit the ground running, made the plays, went with what we know,” Jackson said of Henry after Monday’s game.

“Henry gets one carry and went for what he knows. That man, he can’t be stopped.”
Next up for the Ravens is a huge clash against Barkley and the 9-2 Philadelphia Eagles.
The Ravens sit second in the AFC North behind the 8-3 Pittsburgh Steelers, with a win against the high-flying Eagles giving them a great chance of snatching the division’s No. 1 seed.
The 7-4 Chargers are second in the AFC West behind the 10-1 Kansas City Chiefs.
