Snoop Dogg is taking over Monday night television.
The legendary rapper is a new coach on The Voice, which airs on Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC. He’s been charming fans and contestants alike with his wholesome approach to coaching and interactions with artists and fellow coaches.
Additionally, he’s part of the Monday Night Football family now, partaking in the television intro with Chris Stapleton. Before all this, he was an official NBC correspondent for the Summer Olympics, and his commentary was both delightful and insightful.
Fans have loved Snoop Dogg’s involvement in television lately. They’re taking to social media to share their thoughts, as well as love for the rap legend.
“Who knew snoop dogg on the voice was what I needed,” one fan wrote, noting that while Snoop may have seemed like an unusual choice for The Voice at first, he’s quickly made the show his own. Another wrote, “Snoop is really doing all the side quests civilization is willing to offer.”

As for Snoop Dogg’s involvement in Monday Night Football, fans are gushing over his song with Chris Stapleton. “I don’t want to overreact to the Chris Stapleton/Snoop Dogg version of ‘In the Air Tonight’ as the new MNF intro, but it has replaced my morning coffee and it might be the best thing I’ve ever heard,” one fan noted.
Another fan commented, “Fricken [love] the mix of genres, especially from two of my favs [Snoop Dogg] and [Chris Stapleton].” Many fans also shared their love for the chosen song as well, hyping up Phil Collins on social media.
Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg is busy with The Voice, which airs tonight, September 30 on NBC. Snoop recently shared love for his co-star Michael Bublé, stating that the two are “brothers from another mother.” Speaking with People, he shouted out his fellow coaches Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani as well.
“It’s like a lost family reunion,” he said. “It feels like we’ve been together our whole lives and we just reunited, and the camaraderie and the chemistry on set, it’s magic.”
