On stage in West Palm Beach, Florida, former US President Donald Trump declared victory and pledged to bring about a “golden age” for America.
“This is a movement like no other, and I believe it is the greatest political movement of all time. There has never been anything like it in this country, and probably anywhere else,” Mr. Trump said.
Mr. Trump added: “I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honor of being elected your 47th and 45th president, and to every citizen, I will fight for you, for your families, and for your future. Every single day, I will fight for you, and with every breath in my body, I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe, prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be the golden age of America.”
Mr. Trump declared victory in the popular vote. “Thank you very much. Winning the popular vote is great, great, I’ll tell you that,” he said. However, according to The Guardian, the information has not been confirmed. No Republican candidate has won the popular vote since George W Bush in 2004.

Former US President Donald Trump has reiterated his pledge to crack down on illegal immigrants.
According to The Guardian, this is an important content in Mr. Trump’s campaign to attract voter support in important states.
“We’re going to have to close the border, and we’re going to have to let people into our country. We want people to come back, but we have to, we have to let them come back. But they have to come in legally,” Mr. Trump said.
Trump vows to do a good job
“I want to thank the millions of hardworking Americans across our country who have been the heart and soul of this great campaign. We have been through so much together and today you came out in record numbers to deliver victory. This is very special,” Trump said in West Palm Beach, Florida.
“We will turn this around. We will do it any way we can. This day will forever be remembered as the day the American people took back control of their country,” Trump said.
Former US President Donald Trump also said that despite the difficult road ahead, he would bring “all the energy, spirit and fight” to the White House.
The former president also praised billionaire Elon Musk for helping him throughout the campaign. “He’s a character. He’s a special person, he’s a super genius. We have to protect our geniuses. We don’t have many of them,” Mr. Trump said.
