Flavor Flav issues warning to Snoop Dogg after Donald Trump lies about immigrants ‘eating pets’
Donald Trump spread malicious lies about immigrants in Ohio as he wrongly claimed they are abducting and eating pets, with his comments being debunked by the Springfield city manager
Flavor Flav has shared a hilarious post as he hit back at Donald Trump for spreading lies about Haitian immigrants eating pets in Ohio.
The former US President shared false rumors about immigrants abducting and eating pets during Tuesday night’s presidential debate, something the Springfield city manager Bryan Heck has publicly denied. “In Springfield, they’re eating the dogs,” Trump claimed.
There is no evidence that Haitian immigrants in Ohio are abducting or eating pets. In response to Trump’s bizarre conspiracy theory, Flavor Flav took to X to joke some celebrities will now need to watch their back.
“Pet Shop Boys better stay inside and lock the doors. You too Snoop Dogg. And Pitbull,” he wrote. Fans went wild for the comment, with one person writing: “FLAV WINS.”

Another said: “I’M CRYING LAUGHING FLAV PLEASSSEEE,” while a third person joked: “Instead of who let the dogs out, it’s don’t let the dogs out!” Another fan pointed out: “It’s so funny cause I live here this not even happening.”
During Tuesday’s debate, Trump wrongly claimed: “In Springfield, they’re eating the dogs. The people that came in, they’re eating the cats. They’re eating the pets of people that live there.
“And this is what’s happening in our country and it’s a shame.” Journalist David Muir fact-checked the statement, with ABC News reaching out to the city manager of Springfield, Ohio, who denied the claims.
“He told us there have been no credible reports of specific claims of pets being harmed, injured or abused by individuals within the immigrant community,” David said. Trump replied: “People on television say my dog was taken and used as food.”

However, David reiterated: “Again the Springfield city manager says there’s no evidence of that.” Trump’s campaign had also shared the false claims in a press release shared on Monday.
They suggested: “Kamala migrants ravage Ohio city.” Trump’s running mate JD Vance acknowledged on Tuesday that it was possible “all of these rumors will turn out to be false.”
Springfield city manager Bryan Heck said the rumors are based on false allegations against immigrants which are “distracting from the real issues faced by Springfield”. He told The Hill: “In response to recent rumors alleging criminal activity by the immigrant population in our city, we wish to clarify that there have been no credible reports or specific claims of pets being harmed, injured or abused by individuals within the immigrant community.”
