First Charlie Woods. Now, Kai Trump.

Two Benjamin School grads have lit up the Internet with their latest accolades. Charlie, son of 15-time major champion Tiger Woods, was part of the winning team at the District Championship. The Benjamin School Athletics posted on X, “Boys Golf = District Champions.”

But they were not the only ones. The women’s golf team, featuring Kai, Donald Trump’s granddaughter, also bagged the District Championship. She herself posted a few snippets from the tournament along with a picture of her holding the trophy, captioning, “District Champs!

Per NCSA College Recruiting, Kai Trump plays with a 0.2 handicap. The 17-year-old has a tournament scoring average of 75. Recently, the youngster announced via Instagram that she has verbally committed to the University of Miami as her next step in academics and golf.

Notably, the Benjamin School grad became more famous after making her first public appearance at the Republican National Convention in July after Donald Trump’s assassination attempt. The 17-year-old, however, emphasized politics is not the path she wants to follow. Nevertheless, the high-profile appearance shot her golf career into the spotlight.

And now, Donald Trump Jr., her dad, reshared the images from his Instagram handle. The 46-year-old captioned, “So proud of my not so little girl @kaitrumpgolfer on her golf teams districts win. Give her a follow, shes (sic!) incredible and I’m not even a little bit biased.

Notably, she has already appeared on one of the most popular golf YouTube channels, GM Golf. Quite expectedly, the recent update from her and Donald Trump Jr. didn’t go unnoticed among the golf community.

Kai Trump is dubbed as the American Pride by fans

Donald Trump’s ties with LIV Golf run deep. In Trump Doral in 2022, former POTUS teed up in the LIV Golf Pro-Am with Kai on his side. His son, Eric Trump, was also in the group that included Brooks Koepka for the front nine and Sergio Garcia in the back nine.

Under Kai Trump’s post, LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman’s son commented, “Lets go Bucs! Congrats!” Notably, Sergio Garcia, Bryson DeChambeau, and Talor Gooch were among a handful of LIV Golf pros who liked the post.

Garrett Clark of GM Golf also liked the post. In that episode, the 17-year-old shared her experience of playing golf with her granddad. The video, which dropped when the memory of Trump’s assassination attempt was still fresh, made her even more popular among Republicans.

This time one fan dubbed her “American excellence.” “#champ She’s going places!!!,” commented another user. On the other hand, Kimberly Guilfoyle, who led the fundraising for Donald Trump’s last Presidential campaign, also took notice of her achievement. “Congrats,” commented the 55-year-old under Donald Trump Jr’s post, tagging the Kai.

Her latest feat didn’t elude LPGA pros as well. Dani Holmqvist, who earned her LPGA Tour card in 2014, commented, “Congrats Kai, you are amazing!” Holmqvist has congratulated Kai Trump previously as well. Notably, the Swedish golfer appeared in an interview with Eric Trump’s wife, Lara Trump, last year. LPGA Pro Alexa Pano is another to like the post.

The youngster has already garnered high praise for her golf swing. Previously, long-drive champion Kyle Berkshire also commented on her post. Fans are eager to see how Kai Trump’s golfing career pans out.
