American journalist J Randy Taraborrelli shared this secret in his best-selling biography Becoming Beyoncé: The Untold Story. A friend of the powerful singer couple Beyonce – Jay Z told the author about Beyonce’s jealousy since Rihanna entered the entertainment industry and met Jay Z.
In 2005, when Beyonce and Jay Z had been dating for 5 years, Rihanna appeared. The sexy girl from Barbados was only 17 years old and was asking Jay Z’s company to record her new single Pon De Replay. Jay Z appreciated Rihanna’s talent and wanted to help her become famous.
As a way to polish Rihanna’s name, they spread rumors that she was dating Jay Z. However, Beyonce was confused by these rumors and began to doubt her boyfriend. The arguments that occurred caused the “Queen Bee” and Jay Z to break up.
