It has really not come as a surprise but it is now official. Kansas City Chiefs kicker, Harrison Butker, has announced his endorsement of Donald Trump for the upcoming presidential election in November.

The Pro Bowl kicker declared his support for a second term of Trump on “The Ingraham Angle” on Thursday, as he told the Fox News host his choice came down to a major issue in which he believes the country’s authorities need to take immediate action.

“I’m supporting the president that’s going to be the most pro-life president I think, Donald Trump,” the 29-year-old Butker told Laura Ingraham while seated next to Missouri Senator Josh Hawley on a campaign event for the lawmaker.

Explaining his decision to the public

He also endorsed Senator Josh Hawley, by the way, but his focused come to a bigger issue to him and wo many, according to the Super Bowl champion. He believes a change can be made on the November 5 election.

“The (pro-life) topic is the most crucial topic for me. I want us to be fighting for the most vulnerable, fighting for the unborn, and that’s what we should prioritize,” Butker explained, visibly passionate about the subject.

“I think you have to vote for whoever is gonna be the most pro-life and we have to be prayerful men that put God first. I think that’s what’s going to be best for our country.” This has been a confirmation of his beliefs as everyone knows, in what to many is a conservative way.
