Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez narrowly miss each other while working out of same building amid split

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were seen outside their shared Los Angeles office building just 30 minutes apart from each other on Wednesday, narrowly missing an awkward run-in.

The “On the Floor” singer, 55, was photographed entering the building with a serious pout while her estranged husband, 52, was spotted driving away in his car not long after she arrived.

Lopez dressed in an all-green outfit consisting of a flowing maxi skirt, printed blouse and matching green pumps. She accessorized with a pink $1,897 Valentino Garavani purse and gold hoops.

Affleck, meanwhile, was photographed leaving the office in his black vehicle dressed for business in a gray suit jacket worn over a lilac dress shirt.

The pair — who split officially on April 26, per Lopez’s Aug. 20 divorce filing — are reportedly both ready to move on with their lives after calling it quits on their two-year marriage.

An insider close to the “Good Will Hunting” star told People last week that he is “focused on the positives” amid their split.

“He’s where he wants to be: close to his kids and in a neighborhood that he loves,” the source added.

Affleck is currently residing in a $100,000-per-month Brentwood, Calif. rental home but purchased a ritzy Pacific Palisades pad for $20.5 million in July.

It was previously reported that he never felt at home in his and Lopez’s splashy $60 million Los Angeles mansion because it was “too far” from his kids.

Affleck shares three children with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

While Page Six exclusively learned in August that Lopez felt “humiliated” by their divorce, she hinted that she has come to terms with it earlier this week by posting a photo of herself wearing a T-shirt that read, “She’s in bloom and unbothered out of reach and at peace.”

Furthermore, on Tuesday, an individual close to the “Hustlers” star told Page Six that she is “looking to make over her image” as she moves on from the split.

Another insider told us she tried endlessly to save their marriage, but Affleck showed “no interest.”

The pair eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022 after rekindling their romance in 2021.

The pair were originally engaged in 2002 but broke up in 2004.
