There was a time when Patrick Mahomes Sr. didn’t favor his son’s football career. However, with his mother, Randi, on his side, Mahomes gunned ahead. And now, he has made his entire family proud, including his father. The relationship between the children and their parents seems to be smooth. But how’s the relationship between Pat Sr. and Randi Mahomes in general? Are the two married to new partners after their divorce in 2006?
Patrick Mahomes’ father and mother no longer live together. However, their constant support remains with their elder son. They are super proud of their child, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback.
Patrick Mahomes has three half-siblings
Both parents are from Texas. After high school, Randi met Patrick Mahomes Sr. and soon built a family together. Patrick Mahomes’ father, Mahomes Sr., and mother, Randi Mahomes, married in the 90s. However, due to some “unknown” complications, the two divorced in 2006. After their split, Randi and Mahomes Sr. reportedly had children with different partners. For instance, Mia Randall — spotted multiple times with the Mahomes family — is Randi’s daughter.
The former MLB star, Patrick Mahomes Sr., reportedly married again following the divorce. However, according to other reports, Pat Mahomes Sr. has not answered whether he has remarried or is dating. To protect their privacy, the name of his current partner remains undisclosed.
Together, they have two children, Zoe Mahomes and Graham Walker. Zoe is approximately six years old, and Walker is said to be a wide receiver for the Brown Bears.

According to Randi’s website bio, “Married life with a professional baseball player is a hard life, and it took a toll on their relationship, which led to divorce. True to Randi’s optimistic spirit, the two are friendly to this day.” Even after their separation, they continue to cooperate as co-parents for the well-being of their children.
Randi Mahomes became a strong mother!
Patrick Mahomes’ mother, Randi, never intended to be a younger mother, but she felt it was God’s plan. Even though she was young, she put aside her plans and focused on raising Patrick. Later, when Jackson and Mia joined the family, she discovered her newfound strength.
Despite going through the divorce, she became more robust, aiming for the betterment of her three children. She considers her independent nature one of her greatest strengths. Randi has been an event planner at Hollytree Country Club since 2005. She also runs a website called ‘QB Producer’. It offers custom cameos and branded products like totes, clutches, and sunglass cases.
As a working mother, she believes her job has influenced her children and instilled a fearless attitude. Randi was the one who thought that in whatever sports son Mahomes chose, he would succeed. Despite Patrick Sr.’s wish for him to opt for baseball, Patrick Mahomes chose football as his career. And now Mahomes Sr. is proud too.
“You can tell by the way Patrick plays quarterback that he took pieces of his basketball, the jump throws and no-look passes, and pieces of his baseball, the different arm angles, and he put it all together in a package in football,” the father once stated.
Additionally, Patrick Mahomes will give another reason to make his parents proud of him as he enters his fourth Super Bowl appearance in Las Vegas on February 11 for a rematch against the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII.
