Bayley recently predicted which WWE star would win out of Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill if they ever faced each other.

In September 2023, Cargill joined WWE after three years in AEW. She teamed up with Belair and Naomi to defeat Bayley’s former Damage CTRL stablemates Asuka, Dakota Kai, and Kairi Sane at WrestleMania XL.

Speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter, Bayley gave her reasoning behind Belair winning the never-before-seen bout:

“If that match happens, I’m gonna have to go with Bianca, and that’s only because she had so many matches with me. She’s learned from the best! She, in the end, has more experience than Jade Cargill right now, and maybe that doesn’t happen in a couple of years from now [compared to] if that match were to happen today. But I’m gonna have to go with The EST.” [3:07 – 3:28]

Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill’s current WWE storyline

The interactions between the two began in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble Match on January 27. Competing in WWE for the first time, Jade Cargill lasted 11 minutes before being eliminated by Liv Morgan. She also participated in a memorable staredown with Bianca Belair.

At first, it looked as though the Royal Rumble face-off might have led to a singles feud ahead of WrestleMania XL. However, Belair and Cargill ended up forming an alliance with Naomi instead.

On the April 19 episode of SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton interfered in Bayley’s WWE Women’s Championship defense against Naomi. Before the match, Belair and Cargill sat near Damage CTRL in separate skyboxes high up in the arena.
