Emergency first responders were reportedly called to Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Garcia’s home shortly before his domestic violence arrest on Thursday.
Sources connected to the investigation told TMZ that an unidentified individual called 911 around 8:30 a.m. for a “medical emergency” but later canceled the request when paramedics and the fire department were on the way.
However, less than two hours later, the “Dancing with the Stars” pro was arrested and charged with felony corporal injury — which means he’s accused of physically harming someone at the residence with the use of force.
The name of the victim has not been released.
