AT&T Stadium suffered an unfortunate accident after the roof was opened ahead of the Dallas Cowboys-Houston Texans ‘Monday Night Football’ game.
Per Pat Doney of NBC 5, the Cowboys opened the AT&T Stadium roof hours before kickoff for the Week 11 Monday night against the visiting Texans. According to Doney, a piece of metal fell off the stadium roof as it opened:
Noah Bullard of NBC 5 shared a video of the metal piece that fell from the roof. Fortunately, it didn’t land on anyone:
But oh, the issue hasn’t been resolved just yet. Bobby Belt of 105.3 The Fan shared an image that shows another piece of metal stuck in the AT&T Stadium roof:
What can we say? Absolutely nothing is going right for Jerry Jones and his 3-6 Cowboys this season. The fans can’t even enjoy the open air for Monday night’s game? What else can go wrong?
Cowboys Look To End Struggles At AT&T Stadium
The Cowboys had a 16-game home winning streak from 2022 to 2023, but it ended with an ugly loss to the Packers in last year’s Wild Card Round. The Cowboys have inexplicably unraveled at Jerry World this season, dropping their first four home contests this year.
Will tonight be the night the Cowboys finally snap their home losing skid? Stay tuned.
