Legendary actor Robert De Niro crashed the Philadelphia Eagles’ tailgate party outside of Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday to endorse Kamala Harris for president.

Robert De Niro has been a vocal critic of Donald Trump since the latter won the Republican nomination in 2016. On Sunday, De Niro delivered one more scathing public attack on Trump before the Eagles played host to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

De Niro delivered a passionate Harris endorsement and attack on Trump at the Eagles’ tailgating party. The “Taxi Driver” and “Goodfellas” star cited comments by General John F. Kelly, who served as the White House Chief of Staff under Trump from 2017 to 2019:

“His former Chief of Staff, General Kelly, reminded us that Trump admires Hitler and ridicules our American troops who died for us. He mumbles, stumbles, and blubbers on, exhibiting clear signs of dementia. He promoted the Project 2025 agenda. That’s all in one week! All in one Week!

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris has plans. Real plan, not concepts of plans. She’s got a plan to help workers in the middle class with an opportuntiy economy. She’ll lower their taxes. Trump will raise them…

(Harris has) A plan to be the president for all Americans. It seems like a clear choice, right? Election Day is upon us. We can’t let up now.”

Ahead of the 2016 U.S. presidential election, De Niro said he’d like to “punch” Trump in the face and that he was “blatantly stupid.” At the 2018 Tony Awards, the award-winning actor also told the crowd, “F**K Trump!”

Trump then took to Twitter (now X) and accused the “Raging Bull” star and suggested that he was brain damaged. De Niro has also occasionally appeared on networks like CNN to vocally criticize Trump.

If Trump defeats Harris, he’ll become just the second president to serve two non-consecutive terms. Grover Cleveland is the only president to have done so, serving in office from 1885 to 1889 and 1893 to 1897. Harris would become the first female president in American history with a victory over Trump.
