Jessica Biel returned to work in New York City, just days after her husband Justin Timberlake pleaded guilty to a noncriminal traffic violation of driving while impaired.

On Wednesday, the actress, 42, appeared cheerful as she was seen filming her new television show, The Better Sister, for Amazon Prime Video.

For the scene, she sported a sleeveless green turtleneck with a navy floral print and chic midi skirt with gold buttons down the front and a thigh-high slit.

As she walked down the sidewalk in a pair of backless clogs, the mother-of-two was seen carrying a bouquet of flowers and her phone.

The Golden Globe nominee’s upcoming series is based on the Alafair Burke novel by the same name.

In the plot, Biel’s Chloe ‘moves through the world with her handsome lawyer husband Adam and teenage son Ethan.’

Banks’ Nicky is estranged from her sister Chloe and ‘hustles to make ends meet while trying to stay clean,’ according to Variety.

In addition to starring in the series, Biel is also serving as a producer with partner Michelle Purple under their Iron Ocean Films banner.

Last week, Biel’s husband Timberlake accepted a $500 fine in a plea deal to ‘move on’ following his DUI arrest in the Hamptons on June 18.

The star was initially charged with a DWI, but will now admit to Driving While Ability Impaired instead to avoid a drunk driving charge, per TMZ.

A source informed People on Thursday that Timberlake is, ‘a family man, and this is his focus. He accepted a plea deal because he wants to move on.’

‘The court case has been a distraction,’ the insider continued. ‘He doesn’t want his family to be affected by it.’
