Indiana Fever Give ‘Exclusive’ Look at Caitlin Clark’s Intense Offseason Workout

The new WNBA season doesn’t start until five months from now. However, this hasn’t stopped Caitlin Clark from getting back in the gym to work on her game.

The reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year recently returned to the Indiana Fever’s facility at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for her first workout session with new head coach Stephanie White. On Tuesday, the team posted an extended clip of Clark working out on the court with the coaching staff.

In it, the 22-year-old is seen taking part in drill after drill as she worked her way back into shape amid a busy offseason.

“an exclusive look into how Caitlin Clark trains in the offseason,” the Fever captioned their post.

After starting off her workout with a series of intense dribbling drills, Clark then went on to work on her shooting. She practiced her stepback jumper, drives to the rim, pull-ups, floaters and, of course, her three-pointers.

In the workout preview that was posted by the Fever on Monday, the fans could not help but notice the big change in Clark’s physical appearance. The former Iowa superstar appears to have put on a couple of pounds of muscle, which supporters are adamant will make her an even more formidable threat this coming season.

Clark seems intent on putting in even more work in the coming months as he prepares for Year 2. At this point, it’s hard to deny that their expectations of her will be even higher in 2025.
