Watch Country Artist Meghan Patrick’s Stunning Tribute To George Strait

Meghan Patrick paid tribute to legendary country star George Strait when she appeared on a recent episode of God’s Country with hosts and brothers Dan and Reid Isbell.

Country singer-songwriter Patrick performed a stunning cover of Strait’s “Troubadour,” the title track of Strait’s 12-track record that released in 2008. The song was one of several included in a medley to honor the Texas-born icon at the 58th CMA Awards last month in Nashville, Tennessee. Strait received the 2024 Willie Nelson
Lifetime Achievement Award. Jamey Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Parker McCollum, Chris
Stapleton and Lainey Wilson teamed up to perform an all-star tribute on the Bridgestone Arena stage that evening. Watch Patrick’s rendition of the Strait ballad below.
