The Australian tennis sensation has recently revealed he could be set to make his professional tennis comeback later this year at the World Tennis League event in Abu Dhabi, followed by playing in January’s Australian Open.

It comes after the 29-year-old has spent over a year on the sidelines since his last professional appearance, having endured an injury-plagued 2023.

Kyrgios has undergone surgery on his wrist and knee in the last two years with the Aussie tennis star turning his hand to working in the media during his time away from the court.

He has worked for both the BBC during their coverage of Wimbledon and for Eurosport in their coverage of the Australian Open, impressing many with his insightful commentary and analysis.

Kyrgios has also been spending some time kitting out his stunning Lamborghini Urus.

A video posted by car customisers Eurotech Canberra  shows the star has had a new exhaust system fitted to his luxury motor, which made an incredible 588kW and went from 0-100kmh in just 3.4 seconds before being customised.

The manufacturer also added a piece of fine detailing to one part of the exhaust to make it truly unique to Kyrgios.

CADE Technologies has imprinted the tennis star’s name onto the exhaust system in a detail only Kyrgios’s mechanic will ever see.

The small detail shows how much Kyrgios loves his vehicles – and adds to his reputation as a skilled self-promoter.

The luxury car looks like it has had some work done to the engine too, with Eurotech Canberra’s mechanics seen tinkering under the bonnet of the vehicle in the video.

Kyrgios, meanwhile, appears to be a big car fanatic, boasting a collection that is worth around $1million .

In addition to the Urus, he also has a Dodge SRT Demon, a Nissan R35 GT-R, and a bright-green Tesla Model X.

Kyrgios has recently opened up on what’s motivating him to make a return to the court ahead of the Aussie summer, claiming he is striving to finally win a Grand Slam.

‘I am coming back because something is keeping me around the game,’ Kyrgios said.

‘I have beaten pretty much every person that has been put in front of me, made a final of a Grand Slam, won a doubles title in a Grand Slam, won multiple titles and made money.

‘But I think the one thing that is now on my target is a Grand Slam. I think that will be the only thing that will shut people up at the end of the day. That’ll be my deep motivation.’
