Caitlin Clark is back on the court amid what has been a busy offseason for the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year. An offseason practice video posted by the Indiana Fever on Monday turned heads as it featured Clark in her first workout with new head coach Stephanie White.
Fans were excited to see the pair in action for the first time, but apparently, that’s not the only thing that her supporters noticed in the video. More than a few of them could not help but point out the big change in the 22-year-old’s physique.
“I think it’s safe to say Caitlin Clark has put on some muscle 👀” wrote a Clark fan page on X, while sharing a side-by-side before-and-after photo of the former Iowa Hawkeyes star.
“Gains 💪🏽 can’t wait to see how well she does this year ⚡️” agreed a viewer.
“No more stick arms and chicken legs..them girls better not be messing with her next season,” read a reaction.
“She’s not going to be bullied around this season,” commented another.
“Just like Jordan after the Pistons kept beating his (expletive). Clark ain’t taking disrespect this season,” reacted a fan, sharing a gif of Michael Jordan pumping iron.
“That’s great, as long as it doesn’t hurt her quickness! That’s always a possibility when you weigh more, even if it’s mostly muscle!” warned a user.
“The WNBA ain’t ready,” another comment read.

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark (22).
For what it’s worth, Clark is listed at 152 lbs on her WNBA player profile page. Based on this workout video, however, it’s possible that the 6-foot guard may have put on a couple of pounds of muscle over the offseason.
Clark has been out and about over the past few months since the 2024 season ended. However, it seems that the Fever superstar hasn’t been slacking off in terms of spending time in the gym.
