VIDEO: Social Media Detectives Noticed A Significant Difference Between Josh Allen’s Attitude Towards Stefon Diggs And Another Former Bills Teammate
Social media detectives discovered something fascinating about Josh Allen’s hugs with former Buffalo Bills teammates Stefon Diggs and Tre’Davious White.
Josh Allen led the Bills to a thrilling 27-25 home win over the Baltimore Ravens in the Divisional Round on Sunday. The contest also marked Tre’Davious White’s first game against the team that he played seven seasons for (2017 to 2023).
Many expected the Bills to regress in 2024 after trading their mercurial wide receiver to the Houston Texans. But Allen’s group got the last laugh, and Buffalo is in the AFC title game for the first time in four years.
Diggs’ Texans defeated Buffalo 23-20 at home back in Week 5. You may recall that the post-game interaction between Allen and Diggs was quick and…not so friendly-looking:
And here’s how Josh Allen greeted White during warmups before Sunday’s playoff game:
Not sure about you, but something tells us Allen and his Buffalo teammates are on better terms with White than they are with Diggs?
It’s well-known among the NFL world that Diggs was becoming a headache for the Bills, despite his all-world performances on the field. The four-time Pro Bowler infamously left the locker room early after Buffalo’s 2022 Divisional Round loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, and he missed part of 2023 minicamp for reasons not entirely known.
By all accounts, White was a beloved and well-respected teammate in Buffalo. Unfortunately, a string of injuries prompted the Bills to release the veteran All-Pro corner in a cap-saving move last year.
Josh Allen & Bills Look To Solve Their Playoff Kryptonite
Allen has had an MVP-caliber season, no doubt. But none of that will matter if the Bills cannot take down Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game.
The Bills have gone 4-1 against Mahomes in the regular season, but 0-3 in the playoffs. Is this the year they finally break through and reach the Super Bowl for the first time in 31 years? Stay tuned.
