WNBA fans reacted to Caitlin Clark almost making a hole-in-one in a game against her Indiana Fever teammate Lexie Hull. The Fever players, who are also great friends off the court, joined each other for a golf game and the competition from the teammates flowed like it does on the basketball court.

During the game, one of the tee shots that the Rookie of the Year hit fell just a few inches away from the hole. Later, she made the birdie with her second shot.

Caitlin Clark set to participate in a Pro-Am golf event

Caitlin Clark’s rookie season in the WNBA was a blockbuster. From attracting most fans in the league in just her rookie year and playing unbelievable basketball to winning Rookie of the Year, Clark exited the season on a great note leaving the league with a great hope for the future.

For her offseason, Clark has a different goal. She is going to play in a Pro-Am golf event. The Indiana Fever star will participate in LPGA Tour’s The Annika, the tournament organized by Annika Sorenstam. Clark will first appear as a panelist at the Women’s Leadership Summit on November 12 and next day show off her golfing skills.

Clark has previously expressed her love for the game and said that golf has helped her in working on her mental toughness. During a post-game interview, when a reporter asked what her offseason plan was, she had hilariously said that she would try to play professional golf. Apparently, she might not be joking.
